Prepare a Review Correction Record
Identify the exact statement, source and interpretation needed to improve a trading-service review.
Reviewed 11 October 2026
The information a correction needs
A useful correction identifies the page, the exact statement being challenged and a dated source supporting the change. State whether the problem concerns product identity, price, policy, performance scope or editorial interpretation.
A complete record also preserves the old wording and explains the proposed replacement. A screenshot without source context or a favourable outcome alone may not resolve the underlying claim.
Private evidence and customer records
Do not post account credentials, payment-card information or unredacted statements. An editorial question can often be explained with public documents or a description of the missing evidence. A personal account record requires a defined private handling process before it is submitted.
The evidence workbench can prepare a local record for your own review. Its export is not a completed SPR verification, and it is not automatically transmitted to an editorial team.
Current intake status
A verified corrections contact and cloud review-intake process have not yet been established for this edition. The previous form is therefore withdrawn rather than implying that uploads will be verified or processed on a promised schedule.
Use the current source register and evidence workbench to identify the specific record that would resolve a question. Updated publication contact details should be added only when the responsible operator and route are confirmed.
